We received your e-mail regarding a customer concern. *** ***/Jovani Designs LLC is an independent retail vendor with a shop located in our hotel. The shop is not
owned or operated by *** *** *** or any of its employees. We were, however, very concerned to hear that one of their customers was not satisfied with the level of service she received
We forwarded a copy of the customer’s statements to the shop owner for follow-up. We have since been informed that they have contacted the customer directly to discuss her concerns, and all issues have been addressed and resolved to her satisfaction. They have receipts which show their customer was refunded $1,to her *** card on June 5, 2015, and also $1,to her ***Card and $to her *** card on June 26,
The shop owner apologized and assured us their customer is satisfied, and that they will also be sending her some complimentary products as their gesture of goodwill. We trust that the follby the shop owner has regained their customer’s faith in their products and services

The shop is not owned or operated by [redacted] or any of its employees. We were, however, very concerned to hear that one of their customers was not satisfied with the level of service she received.
We forwarded a copy of the customer’s statements to the shop owner for follow-up. We have since been informed that they have contacted the customer directly to discuss her concerns, and all issues have been addressed and resolved to her satisfaction. They have receipts which show their customer was refunded $1,458.24 to her [redacted] card on June 5, 2015, and also $1,906.14 to her [redacted]Card and $818.70 to her [redacted] card on June 26, 2015.
The shop owner apologized and assured us their customer is satisfied, and that they will also be sending her some complimentary products as their gesture of goodwill. We trust that the follow-up by the shop owner has regained their customer’s faith in their products and services.
