I responded to *** *** email regarding this matter the day that it happened. I apologized and even before knowing the details, offered to have *** *** back in to have her service done and that of course, we would take care of the charges, she didn't respond. After doing some
research, while it certainly was our error, it is believed that when *** came to the reception area to collect *** *** for her appointment, that she was in the back with *** and her daughter.Again, it is our error, our receptionist should have been aware of *** *** whereabouts. While it is not our policy to refund gift cards, it is obvious that *** *** and her daughter will not be doing business with us in the future, so with that, I will be issuing the refund. It will be refunded in the original form of payment, back to *** *** credit card
