Review: On March 2 2013 I ordered a 2013 Club Car Presential Series golf cart from Keystone Golf Carts for my sons 16th birthday president.My son got to customize it the way he wants. So he did. Black and silver paint job, black and silver seats, black roof, lift kit, windshield, grille bar for the front, dash and stereo and speakers. One request was not to have SS rims on it. And to be completed by April 1st 2013. All agreed upon. Two weeks went by called to check the status. Nothing was started on it. The following week called again and was told having trouble getting the parts. I said I pd down payment of $3000. and it was cashed. More time went by and no word on how things were going. Placed another call. Was painted and paint was messed up had to repaint it due to the runs in it. So finally we called again they said it was done. We went to pick it up March 29 2013 at 9 pm. Was told it was finished. We got there and the golf cart was not what was ordered. It was a EZ GO golf cart. No windshield said it was broke and they were to reorder it. So we questioned the cart and said this one was better. More for him. Took it to the river and had nothing but problems with it ever-since. The wheel fell off causing injuries to me.The clutch is out of it now and the cost to replace is over $500.00. I contacted [redacted] the owner and [redacted] employee and was told they would fix it. It has been over a month and they will not return my calls or help in this matter. I feel s though I was ripped off and they stole from me and my family. I bought the windshield since and no with the clutch out my son has no golf cart. Also my biggest issueis that I have had 2 other golf cart specialist look over it and said they should be ashamed to sell something like this. No new parts except for the grill.T We have no paperwork for the golf cart. We found out it is a 2002-2003 model. not 2013. I cant put insurance on it. This company needs to be out of the golf cart business. Do not do business with them!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $3000.00 paid for the golf cart. Due to not what we ordered or paid for. The one we got is a piece of crap with all the wrong parts on it. This was a 16th birthday present for our son. It was supposed to be very reliable knowing all the hills we have. Instead it is not being used doe to the clutch. I dont have $375.00 to fix it.That is not counting the time to put it on. The golf cart is nothing what was ordered and paid for. Used parts on it and not new. Thanks
