Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/04/12) */ Customer bought a used motorcycle that my salesman explained to him over the phone , gave us his [redacted] to pay for it , we shipped the bike to him at our cost , he was not satisfied with the bike and asked if he could return it for a refund , we said no problem , he brought the bike back and we refunded the [redacted] while the customer was at our store , Customer left and after checking his [redacted] Statement found that it was not put back on his [redacted] card , called my business and very upset with me , I spent several hours calling and being on hold with [redacted] , come to find out the money came out of my account but didn't go into his because he has a problem with his [redacted] card , no fault of our business and we went over the top to make this customer satisfied , I can't see where the customer has any issues with our company , he should be upset with [redacted] Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2016/04/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
