I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
The part I am rejecting is in regards to sending a check for the balance. I talked with the owner via the phone on Friday. He said for the warranty work to be performed I would need to LEAVE a check with the technician. He wanted the check to be for $300. I said I would leave a check for the amount of $100. I then offered to go on a monthly payment plan to pay off the rest. A monthly payment plan where I would sign a contract. The owner then said he would get off the phone to think about it. He then said he would call me back later that afternoon. He never called me back. I'm still looking to make a monthly deal with him and to have the propane stove fixed under warranty.

We gave the the customer an estimate in May for $1191.10. The customer accepted the estimate. Payment is due at the time of the work, which was scheduled and preformed on September 23 2017. The customer gave us a check for $500.00 leaving a balance of $691.10. Over the past months we...
have called, emailed, and mailed the bill for the remaining balance and had not heard anything from the customer. Then the customer has an issue needing repair for the stove. We told him we would gladly fix it we just need payment for the stove before we do any more work for him. He made an appointment for repair for 1/27/18, and told us that he would send a check for the balance. He did not send the check. We can not set up a payment plan with him because given our experience with him, he most likely has no intention of paying.
