The backsplash is not installed the right way the installer scratched up the whole back splash and the grout is missing or falling out in most places the installer glued in all electric boxes in the wall the can not me moved if he was a professional installer he would have never done that by doing that we can not install covers on the receptacles marble galleria has offered to give us new tile that does not help we have to remove all the tile he has installed over new counter tops and new cabinets the cost is not in the tile but the labor we have estimates from contractors to remove the tiles and replace they are all around 6000 At the very least we expect a full refund

main problem does not lie with the backsplash it rather lies with the...

rock on which it is installed which is very uneven. My workers were told by the
owners that there are electric cables and structural steel behind the sheet
rock because of which it is so uneven.
Though our installer did a fair job, yet, as we had a very cordial relationship with the
home owners, we had suggested a partial refund to which they did not agree. Our
offer is still open and they can contact me and resolve this issue without
further delay.
