On Monday January 18" @ 10:30pm *** *** went to North County Ford in Vista to write an auto policy for *** *** for his Ford Mustang he was purchasingMr*** was asked about his driving record, explained coverages, agreed to price and signed appropriate documentation to purchase policy
*** explained and Mr*** signed for any non-refundable portions and policy limitationsI received a call from Mr*** on January 21” to cancel his policyexplained to him what to do, send dated and signed cancellation either email or fax and call to confirmUnsigned cancellation was received and forwarded to Alliance January 21stSigned cancellation was received on January 29" and forwarded to AllianceAppropriate refund was sent to insured via mailFurthermore Mr*** was advised he could transfer his insurance to any vehicle
October 20, 2017 [redacted] went to [redacted] to quote [redacted] auto insurance. Mr. [redacted] explained to Mr. [redacted] that in August 2015 there is an accident coming up on his clue report. This is a different report then Department of Motor Vehicles. The company that filed it was who Mr. [redacted] was...
insured with back in 2015. The quote NCPA Insurance Services procured and offered Mr.[redacted] included the accident that came up on the clue report. Mr.[redacted] excepted quote and paid for insurance at that time. NCPA Insurance Services has explained to Mr.[redacted] the necessary steps he must take to have the accident removed. NCPA Insurance Services didn't find the accident the company did. This information has been given to Mr.[redacted] in phone call and emails. Mr. [redacted] acknowledged the accident in 2015 and signed for it in the attached documentation. NCPA Insurance Services did not force or coerce Mr. [redacted] to buy insurance. Mr. [redacted] could have utilized any one of various insurance companies over the phone or internet. I [redacted] have spoken to Mr.[redacted] has spoken to Mr.[redacted], and [redacted] has spoken to Mr.[redacted]. I have also been in contact with him via emails letting him know what to do. At this time this is still the least expensive auto insurance we can find Mr.[redacted] because the accident is still on his clue report. A statement from a broker or person other than the appropriate entity will not be accepted has been explained to Mr.[redacted] many times. In closing Mr.[redacted] has made another payment on this policy 1/20/2018 that is still charging him for the accident. Dispute Amount of $602.78 was fully explained and signed for by [redacted] Respectfully,[redacted]
Since my complaint, [redacted] & NCPA have helped me to solve my problem, and went to bat for me with the insurance company to lower my rate correctly. [redacted]
