The flap valve assembly will be taken care of by a technician, as I explained earlier In the lease, it's stated that any issue with plumbing not caused by faulty plumbing will need to be paid for by the tenantAs she stated, the technician from [redacted] pulled out wet wipes from the line The $bill is the responsibility of the tenant
