When the client contacted me to get her the insurance quote my responsibility to fill out the application with personal information, which I didI submitted to various insurance carriers to get the best auto quoteOnce the best quote was established, the inured agreed to proceedShe signed *** form for the agreed upon feeI can not be responsible if the insured misrepresented her personal informationThe insurance carrier issued the cancellation notice based on misrepresentation and mailed out to the insured's address on As a courtesy I reminded the client that she needs to obtain another insurance policy and that she would only have hrs to do so in order to not have a lapse of the policyAs a broker I do not have authorization to issue policies, they are issued by the insurance carrierShe requested the copy of the cancellation notice and I emailed to herThere was never a conversation of the fee full or part ial refundI have explained to the insured that I had another phone call to answer and now she is claiming that I hung up the phoneMy services we're provided, I did find a better auto rate then the insured had at that timeSince everything was done appropriately and in a legal manner by me & my company the fees of $is non- refundable
