To whom it may concern,
In regards to case ID [redacted] we have chosen to address this matter directly with the consumer, and
we have already sent them a refund and a correspondence letter.
We were quite surprised by this complaint, as the parent/patient did not...
address any dissatisfaction
with us in person or over the phone, and did not directly ask for any refund before contacting the Revdex.com.
We always prefer customers contact us directly before involving a third party.
Excellent customer service is our up most priority and we are always quite reasonable and generous with
any consumer refund requests.

Review: This is regarding a Initial Fee for an appliance to be put on my son on September 17, appliance was placed and due to enormous pain and him not eating or drinking for 3 days. I called the office to ask what were my options, [redacted] (office manager) stated [redacted] would be happy to remove and replace the appliance at later date when Dr. believed my son would be ready, she also stated "we will do whatever you want us to do". I asked would the Initial fee be returned? [redacted] stated no, we will use when you have the appliance replaced. I said, "Great", let me speak with my husband about making sure we want to remove, I called [redacted] at 8:17am asking to have the appliance removed on September 19. Once removed [redacted] stated no refund, no credit, nothing, we are calling it even. They did not refund me anything of the $358.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund as the services were not completed and my son only had appliance on for 2 days. Or at the very least get 60 percent back.
