Sixers Camps

Review: My son attended Sixer's Camp, I complained about another kid physically harming my son. I witnessed the child physically knock my child to the floor. No camp counselor was supervising the children as I witnessed this incident. I spoke with the director, and also asked for a refund at this time. The director called me back, and stated he corrected the situation and that he would not be able to offer a refund. The next day my son was again being bullied, this time my son allegedly said "I'm gonna beat you up". My son was expelled from the program for that comment. I called back to ask for a parcel refund, and the director Todd L[redacted] stated I signed a form advising I will not receive a refund if my child misbehaves and is excluded from the program. I advised I never signed any such form. Furthermore, had already requested a refund, and was denied with no basis. Please assist.Desired Settlement: I would like a parcel refund because my son was unable to finish the program, and the program was not a favorable experience. I requested a refund prior to my son even being removed from the program, and was denied of that request. I feel my son was targeted after I complained and requested a refund.
