Review: After my moms second stroke she is allowed to seek outside homeorherapy options, even though she is very ill and frail I was td that we could ow the detetation process that is going on inside her with telometes. I went online and and with the doctors ok I went ahead and mafe the purchase. Because my mom remains in constant pain wirh joint stiffness I opted to pay the extra $30 for Overnight Shipping. After the payment cleared I was given a disclosure at the bottom of my online receipt that the order will not be overnight but will be a few days away. I call immediately to customer service and was td someone woyld call back right away, they did not. The following day I again called and was given the same brush off response. Not only did I let down mt mother I feel cheated and mislead.
