We left three voicemail messages for [redacted] to contact us in order to provide her with an explanation of recent changes that have occurred. Her home delivery account has been adjusted to reflect her original expiration date and every effort is being made to resolve her issues regarding missed...
deliveries. We at The Times of Trenton value the readership of all our subscribers and appreciate the opportunity to serve them.
Review: We are being billed for subscription renewal requiring the payment for the annual subscription well before the expiration date of our subscription. At this time we are paid until January 4, 2016 but nevertheless we are being required to pay immediately or the service will be canceled. The due date on the renewal notice that we recently received is 12/10/2015. This practice has been consistent for years now and is evidently the planned method to keep moving up the renewal date by several weeks every year to increase revenue. We have called several times and written a letter but to no avail. This morning we received a phone call threatening to discontinue delivery unless it is paid immediately.Desired Settlement: Please notify the newspaper to correct their billing methods and give us credit for renewal until January 4, 2016.
Review: I paid my subscription for paper up to 03-19-16. Now I received notice that the Times of Trenton is increasing the rate as of 02-14-16. They state in a letter from the publisher that my 7 day subscription may be reduced to 3 to 5 days a week after 02-14-16. Since 02-06-16, I have had to call the Times of Trenton each day to report of not receiving my newspaper. I am unable to speak with a live operator. However some days I do get a return call and do receive a newspaper later in the day. I do not know if other individuals in the Trenton area are having this same issues.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate if someone from the Times of Trenton contact me with a reason for the recent changes and a more descript explanation. Calling the 1-800 contact number provided in the notice sent to me - does not have the option to voice concerns regarding this matter.

Review: The Trenton Times has not delivered our newspaper for the last 3 days.Contacted our bank, which stated our check was cleared electronically on 11/4.Contacted the times circulation ###-###-####, they stated the check was not in their database.Their agent suggested I send another check?Just want to receive my paper, I don't understand how the Times database can be out of sync with Bank of America.Desired Settlement: I would like our newspaper delivery restored, and I want our account to be credited for the missing days of service since 11/4.

Please be advised that payment was applied to Mr. [redacted] account on 11/7/13 and his delivery started as scheduled on 11/8/13. I spoke with Mr. [redacted] on 11/14/13 and he advised that he has not experienced any issues with delivery since his start date and the matter is now resolved.
