Review: I [redacted] have tried to resolve with both manager, over phone and an other employee a problem with billing. 3 months ago I stopped going to undisputed a gym, as a client; as of yet I have not been taken off the payable accounts. I was behind and since caught up in payment.as of june 3rd I was cuaghtup with payments two days later I contacted stewert the manager/co-owner he said that I was recharged and was now again in the behind after already paying late dues. I asked [redacted] the co-owner if I could be taken off payable acounts lists on June 5 to close my account and he implied he would fix the problem. when I arrived I was told by another employee who spoke to stewart on the phone the account could not be closed with out first paying the newly over due amount.I have for three moths been speculating this to be a miss understanding but am tierd of the run around and have exhausted my will to comunicate. thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: anything I may be owed and no more payments

This customer did talk to me over the phone to freeze his account; during this conversation, I informed him that in order for us to freeze his account, it must be done in writing per the contract he agreed to and signed. Any freezes and cancelations must be completed in writing to protect the customer and our business. It is the customer's responsibility to address his or her account; Please understand that we have over 300 members and it would be impossible to remember and manage a members account based on remembering if they came in to use our facility. In addition, when he called to freeze his membership, he already had an outstanding balance to his account. When he came into our facility to freeze his membership, we told him that we would work out a payment plan with him so that he may continue to train. After he agreed to this payment plan he defaulted after making only 1 payment of his outstanding balance. We didn't have to make any arrangements with him, but we did to try to help him out. After defaulting on his agreement and being told that he had an outstanding balance, he came made a scene in our facility yelling and cursing at our instructors in front of customers. We did everything we could to try to work with this customer as we do with everyone of our customers. We understand things happen and try to make any accommodations to help with any situation. I can send you a copy of his contract along with our log of his account for documentation upon request.
