To Whom It May Concern:
Mr. Customer had us to his home on 4/13/16 to discuss insulating his home. The home was built 91 years ago in...
Kent, OH and when we arrived Mr. Customer mentioned he had a previous bat problem in his walls. On 4/18/16 we insulated Mr. Customers house. During the install there was a problem with some of the wires in the walls. We contacted a third party electrician to investigate the issue after we left the home. The electrician determined that the GFI switch and wiring was not installed properly and appeared to be faulty. Attached is a copy of the invoice from the electrician for $675.
Considering this home had a pre-existing condition of faulty wiring, it is not our responsibility to pay for this repair. However, being a small family business we ended up taking care of this bill to help the customer out. Technically Mr. Customer is responsible for this bill and we are now considering passing this cost onto the customer. The fact that he's trying to extort us for another $500 is offensive. We've gone above and beyond our contractual duties for Mr. Customer. We've executed everything that both parties agreed to. We kindly ask the Revdex.com to dismiss this claim.

Mr customers house was insulated in 2014. He called us in 2016 to complain of "water and ice issues" in his attic. He claims we did not respond to him, which is false, as we did and asked him to send in pictures (which he mentions in his...

Per our contract with Mr Customer we recommended he contact a "ventilation specialist" to inspect the attic of his home. On 2/16/16 we spoke to me customer by phone. He confirmed he never contacted anyone to inspect his ventilation issues or current roof situation.
Our work was pretty straight forward in regards to blowing insulation into mr customers attic. The fact that he has water and ice in his attic is typically caused by a ventilation and/or roofing issue (which we were not contracted to preform)
We insulated mr customers attic per the contract we both agreed to.
