This apartment is horrible and I just found out doing illegal things. To start things off they never offered a lease or contract. when I moved in I asked for the garbage disposal to be fixed and four months later and it's still not fixed. When I was out of town my friend was house sitting and he called me to let me know someone came in and saw them and didnt say anything and just left. They also turn the water off without giving any 24hr notice. When they hired painters to paint we got no notice of that either. So instead I'm nine months pregnant and I wake up to paint fumes which is completely unsafe for me and my unborn child. I also saw them jump my patio wall and throw my stuff on the patio into the storage. They never once had permission to jump my wall let alone touch MY stuff. I was told it was OK to have a big dog after spending money for his service classes I was told to get rid of him before I get evicted. So I got rid of my dog and they next week I was still told that I was being evicted. We have found out via a judge that they shouldn't be charging us late fees since we have no lease or contract with them. Yet they still are charging us late fees and they don't care that they were told not to. None of the managers are on the same page. One will say one thing and the other will say something else. My neighbor even notified me that one day when I was out the managers son took a chair and put it next to my bedroom window to listen for a dog. My fiance and I got a phone call stating our dog was barking for an hour yet we just left the house and told them that its not possible since 10 mins ago is when we stepped out the house. We got told that they dont care the dog needs to go. This apartment complex is a huge joke and just needs to be shut down.
