Per our phone conversation we have resolved the issues with [redacted]. We discussed the services issues in detail and we have extended our apologies for the inconveniences and credited his account for $ 1500 in Good Will. He has agree to take down the social media comments in...

Apologies for the late reply regarding this complaint as I am the hotel's new General Manager and just picked up on this case recently. In regards to the complaint, the charge in question is a result of a guaranteed reservation made by Ms. [redacted] that...
"no-showed" for the night of December 27. As is customary in the hotel marketplace, guests who fail to cancel their secured reservations (and "no-show") are subject to a fee totaling one nights room rate, plus applicable taxes. The no-show fee was assessed on December 28 and charged to the credit card that Ms. [redacted] provided when making the original reservation. I am however a bit concerned that Ms. [redacted] was unaware that the charge had reversed January 2 after a conversation with one of our Front Office Managers. I have attached a copy of her hotel folio showing the transaction history and subsequent correction. For this matter I would ask that Ms. [redacted] be advised of such credit to her account with explanation of her responsibility and hotel's willingness to reverse the due charge. Please let me know if you need anything further or if there is correspondence following.
