The company that I work for has had a business relationship with Presto (now Simplify) for several years now and I have to say from accounting to customer service to technicians; this is by far the worst copier company I have ever dealt with. We have upgraded several copiers and rather follow proper procedure and pay off the copiers that were traded in, they just over charged us for nearly 2 years before it was caught. So in short we were paying for 9 copiers when we really only had 4. I have been trying to get this straightened up now for over a year and they (as well as the copiers finance company) are still charging us. They will always quote 48 hours on toner and service calls but you are lucky if you get your toner in a month and the technician will be there promptly to tell you it'll be a couple weeks before the part comes in. So right now we have 4 total copiers with them and only 1 works. The other 3 are conveniently waiting on parts. I would save the headache and pay a little more for a respectable copier company with real business practices.
