---------- Forwarded message ----------From: Troy S[redacted] <[redacted]>Date: Tue, Jul 12, 2016 at 4:35 PMSubject: ID# [redacted]; Hello, I am responding to a complaint filed under ID [redacted]. I am not sure how much information you need but I would like to...
include some facts along with our proposed resolution. Customer [redacted] purchased the vehicle on 8/29/15. The only service records we show performed on the vehicle are at 5,225 which was an oil change and tire rotation and then a second service visit at 10,217 which was only an oil change. The recommended interval on tire rotations is at every 7,500 miles and we only show one performed at our dealership. As far as a resolution we did contact the tire manufacture for the customer and they unfortunately do not carry a wear out warranty just a defect warranty. I attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] on 7/11/16 via leaving a voice message on phone# ###-###-#### and sent an email to [redacted] to obtain more information on his vehicle to try to perform a goodwill through [redacted] and ask for some assistance. Although most times [redacted] states any assistance needs to be done through the tire manufacturer. Information we need to do so is; current vehicle mileage, tread depth measurements, records of any tire rotations done and pictures if available if they could not drop the vehicle by. As far as the steering wheel issue I would need either good pictures or the vehicle to see what the extent of the damage is as I was not available during the time Mr. [redacted] brought the vehicle by. We will try to take care of the steering wheel damage if it can be repaired free of charge to the owner as a goodwill from the dealership level. I would appreciate it if you could please respond to this email in conformation you received it and any other information you may need. Thank you for your time in this matter. Troy S[redacted]
