I am extremely impressed with this phone system. Working with StarScope 2 is very efficient. When I receive a phone call I am able to just drag and drop on my computer screen to transfer a call. I am also able to identify who is on a call etc. and quickly determine where to transfer a caller. The system is easy to learn and the service is great.
