Association Advisors

This association consists of multiple family dwelling units. There have been several fires here. You would think that AANJ would make it a priority to mitigate circumstances that increase the possibility of injuries or deaths resulting from fires. Instead hugely overgrown hedges cover numerous windows throughout the complex making it impossible for people to use them to escape from fire or in any other emergency. They also need to revamp their accounting system. You send them a check. They deposit it to their bank account. The check clears your bank. They continue to dun you claiming they haven't been paid. We all know what that leads to in an HOA -- fines and possible liens followed by foreclosure. And that's for starters.

Horrible association. I live in one of the complexes they manage, and in the four years I have lived here, they have not resolved a single issue. I have repeatedly emailed association, including the president, and I get no results, sometimes not even a response.
