Done Right Custom Painting

My experience with Done Right Custom Painting has been more than unsatisfying.

I contracted Done Right Custom Painting in late February to paint my barn. It took following to get a quote out of the contractor and I should have known then that there would be issues. After finally receiving a very reasonable quotation, I contracted Done Right Custom Painting to paint my barn.

With a rainy spring/early summer, I understood a certain amount of delays because obviously painting can't occur if the wood is wet. However, once the rainy season ended, I had to contact [redacted] to find out when I would be on the schedule. After getting pushed back more than 3 times because "something came up" (as [redacted] would say), we finally agreed on a date/time for his crew to come out and start pressure washing.

After being a half an hour late, I called [redacted], no answer. I waited another 35 minutes and called again (now over an hour after his crew was supposed to be here). Again, no answer.

So I left a voice mail and sent an email firing Done Right Custom Painting.

I'll find a reliable painter that will show up when agreed. Even if it means paying a bit more.

I had a great experience with Done Right Custom Painting. I hired them to paint my office. They were very professional and gave a very reasonable price. They also made some recommendations to change out a few things that really helped with the overall office appearance. They were timely and did a great job. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I had multiple good experiences using Done Right Painting. The first time was when I had guests coming to my home in three days and I (personally) botched up removing wall paper in a bathroom. They came to my home, gave me a great price and corrected my issue. After that favorable experience, they came back and painted ceilings and other rooms in my home.

I sold that home in April and moved downtown. The condo had blank white walls. I worked with a designer and she brought in two companies, plus I requested a quote from Done Right. Once again, the price was unbeatable and I had another very good experience with the quality and speed of their work. No mess or inconvenience even though I had a huge amount of walls that needed to be painted.

I can honestly highly recommend their work.

The painting crew was on time and courteous. They did the work in a very timely manner. The price was fair and the work was done well. I was very happy with Done Right Painting.. I would recommend them.

We hired Done Right Painting to paint our newly finished basement and stain the doors to match our baseboards. We were on a tight schedule due to the arrival of our first baby and Done Right was able to work with us to get the project finished in a very timely manner! They were also very reasonably priced compared to other painting companies in the area, and always very quick to respond. I would recommend Done Right Painting to anyone looking to have a project finished!
