I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***[I went to their website to get the phone number which was on the home page to call them directly. I did not try to book online, in which case I would need to look at further pages and then be responsible looking at the refund policy also When I called, I spoke to a woman, and was not told when making the booking about any refund policy My experience with most motels is that I can cancel pretty close to the start date with no charge, so I had no reason to suspect otherwise.]

our cancellation policy is posted on our web site,  the customer was only charged a $10 fee instead of the posted $20.customer said he was on our web site.thank you,Killington motel

I went to their website to get the phone number which was on the home page to call them directly.  I did not try to book online, in which case I would need to look at further pages and then be responsible  looking at the refund policy also.  When I called,  I spoke to a woman, and was not told when making the booking about any refund policy.   My experience with most motels is that I can cancel pretty close to the start date with no charge, so I had no reason to suspect otherwise
