TMS Garden

TMS Gardens may do good work (I say that bc I have never had any services done by them so cannot judge but I will also NEVER use them or refer them to anyone) but they are very unprofessional! I was driving behind their work truck and trailer and I had two others in my vehicle. When the trailer went over a bump you could hear it and we watched rocks popcorn out of his trailer hitting my Jeep. A rock put a gash in my windshield and other rocks dented the hood of Jeep and chipped paint. I called and spoke with the owner of the company, and he told me he would take care of it. He had me send my info and stated his insurance would reach out to me. The insurance agent reached out and then the adjuster reached out and said she would investigate and get back to me. The adjuster sent me an email not even 24 hours later stating denying claim as it could be debris from the road. ABSOLUTELY NO INVESTIGATION WAS DONE! The adjuster cannot say there was no rocks or debris in the trailer (as they definitely did not blow out the trailer prior to getting on the road after working on a job) and the adjuster didn't even know for sure as to who was driving the truck/trailer! I should not have to take a hit on my insurance by making a claim for $800 worth of damage! I have two other witnesses that also saw the rocks come from the trailer bed! TMS you are beyond disrespectful for this, and I promise I am not just letting this go!
TMS trucks/trailers should stay off the road! And the fact it's a flat trailer with no gate or anything on the end of it to keep anything from falling out! Ridiculous!

Last Fall, following removal of an aluminum porch enclosure and construction of a large new patio, we hired TMS to add topsoil, grade and reseed our yard, and to plant a tree*** worked within our budget and did an excellent job planning, communicating progress and following through on what we requestedDue to the extreme dry heat in late August and through September, *** also set up a temporary sprinkler system to automatically water the lawn at regular times, and this saved me a lot of time and insured a thick green and healthy lawn by the time the temperatures finally cooled in October*** referred us to a landscape architect to help us develop a future design plan, and we'll continue to use TMS to make that vision a realityThe yard looks great this Spring and we're looking forward to adding more plantings for decoration and for privacyWe highly recommend *** and his company for all your landscape needs
