I want to share the work of Ugg. This is not a job, this is a shame. I ordered Ugi, it turned out that it was too small, I think it’s okay, I’ll change it. I sent a parcel with a replacement. but they did not return for a long time and I refused the return and paid for a new order, in the hope that the money for the previous one would be returned. As a result, a replacement arrived (they don’t even work with customers contacting support). and the second ones were already paid for, I think okay, my mother will take them, so they didn’t come because they got something wrong with the address. There is confirmation from the post office that the parcel was returned to the sender. I contacted for a long time, they tried to understand what was happening (the operator is not competent or there is a mess in the program) they said that the money would be returned on February 12, 2024. Today is February 17 and there is no refund. Each request is simply a huge problem, the issue is not resolved, the correspondence is not saved in the appeal (I have screenshots). I don’t know if this is a general job of the company or if I was unlucky. It’s not clear where to complain. Be careful with this company...
