Total criminals. They are liars and cheat. None of the drivers speak English or at least they pretend not to speak the language. They didn't even come close to showing up when they said they would (day late)and then they didn't want to drive the semi up my street. So they took one of the cars they were hauling off the truck, jacked up that cars bumper while unloading (I saw the whole thing since I had to come meet them and take them to my house). Once they got there they didn't want to take our car because there was some small boxes in the back. I was told we could put boxes in the car, as long as they were small and didn't come up to the glass. Then the driver said he would take our car but he wanted cash from us. Hard to support a business that is full of lies, and scams. SHADY!
Do not use this company. They will lie to you to entice you to use their service. They area broker. NOT a standalone company that has their own trucks and drivers as they claim to. They will also claim to have your car(s) delivered in a short period of time (my case it was 4 days) because they use 2 drivers per truck. All deceitful lies to prey upon you. They know you want your cars shipped and they will prey upon that vulnerability.
Look at their reviews. People who've had bad experiences have the same issue.

I strongly suggest that you look to another company to deal with. My car was to be picked up on Feb 20th in California (which it was) and dropped off at it's location in Kansas on Feb. 24th (which it wasn't). On day of supposed delivery I called to get approximate time. I was then told by the EXTREMELY RUDE [redacted] of AAA Anytime that the truck had never left Los Angeles. Evidently the truck had broken down and the driver never notified AAA Anytime or me for that matter. I understand not their fault, but [redacted]'s lack of professionalism, customer service and empathy (which is key in customer service) was non-existent. I also dealt with a young woman who I will say was very polite. When I asked [redacted] what they were going to do, I was toldNOTHINGit was out of their control. Once the car was picked up it was no longer their problem (his exact words). So I said to him, I pay you to deliver my car, you hire a truck out and if something goes wrong you do nothing to oversee the car getting delivered. He said correct. My problem was with the driver, not them. When I asked for a credit of some type I was told by [redacted] to take it up with the driver. When I had asked to speak with a manager, [redacted] again rudely told me that there was nobody above him to speak with. Whenever I tried to talk, he talked/yelled over me. At one point I was speaking and he cut me off and said anything else you need. The young woman I spoke with did give me the name of the owner of the company, [redacted]. I was told to send and e-mail to the address that sent me my documents and that someone would respond to my e-mail in 24 hoursthat was February 25, 2015 and as of this writing on March 2, 2015, have not heard one word. I'm sorry, AAA Anytime should know that [redacted] does not represent their company well and if they accept his service, then shame on them. If sending an e-mail to the owner regarding a complaint goes unanswered, then again shame on them. They DON'T deserve your business!!!

One more thing, before you flag my review as not having been your customer and to take it down, I will NOT take it down and I have the paperwork and credit card charge to prove that I WAS and NEVER again will be your customer NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY!!

I made the mistake of telling him I was disabled, didn't work and was flexible on the delivery. I told him if he needed to make me the last stop of the day (evening hours okay) then do it. At 8:00 p.m.he called and said he was in a different city and had one more drop and then would come to me. I told him that would be midnight by the time he got here and to just make his other drop and go get a shower and some sleep. He called at 9:00 a.m the next morning, dropped the car off, left it running and I got in as he drove off with the keyless remote. I had to drive 68 miles to run him down and get it. AAA said sorry for your trouble but no credit or refund. Wouldn't think of using them again.

I am a teacher new to Las Vegas. I hired this company to transport my Mustang from Florida when I moved here. I knew nothing about them as I was recommended by my neighbor, but I am pleased to share my positive experience. The move was fast. It arrived here after 4 days. It's in the same condition and I have no complaints about the customer service. I am satisfied beyond expectations.
AAA Anytime is an extremely deceptive company. They market themselves as if they have their own trucking fleet, yet they contract outside companies. This not only makes AAA not liable for anything but it adds for risk of delays. The first time my car was scheduled the truck driver did not arrive anytime near the 3 hour window that they told us. AAA Anytime then charged me an additional $250 to reschedule while claiming that because I did not clearly state the specific time frame on my contract it was my fault. Not only was their customer service extremely poor but they were holding my $1200 hostage without negation for any type of reimbursement. Please don't fall trap to their deceptive practices.
