The employees that performed services at this address told the customer to move the car and also for the customer to notify the neigbors to move their vehicleThe customer assured my employees that it was okay to clean the gutters without notifying the neighborsThere was no debris on the customer's siding, but the debris that did get on the neighbors vehicles could not be cleaned offWe had no authority to touch their propertyIf anything did get on the cars, it was very littleOur employees did a clean and thorough job on this service

Let me start of by saying lady does not call you on the phone or text, all she does is email you over and over and over in told her multiple times I'm I'm not a Emailer and she insisted to email me stillSo my workers went there and gave her a estimate

The response from the owner is far from the truth He wasn't here so how would he know what occurred I was asked to move my vehicle by the workers but at no time was my neighbor EVER asked to move their vehicles The workers were very unprofessional with swearing and calling my neighbors names All I asked was for reimbursement of $for both of their vehicles which were taken to the car washes which was not ever provided The owner only offered a free grass cut which wasn't even an option after the treatment my neighbors received from the workers Very very horrible company with horrible customer service.Regards,

I sent *** and *** to the job on *** *** we agreed to do the fence line and take all of the debris on the line, vines, sticks, weeds and other stuff for while doing that job the home owner came and ask us how much to remove big branches? Since we when et here we told her to both branches and take away making the job total 280, after hard physical hours we where done with job, she came out and said it looked great paid us the and we went on with the dayWe did give her a estimate to remove the rest of your for with dump age fees and she said she would let us know So a week of emailing none stop and her emailing me witch I told her to calm numerous times cause I'm not the best emailer, she continued to emailSo then I get a letter from my bank that stopped deposit on a check and I got dollar fee, Then we came there to try and resolve the issue when I was meet by angry neibors that where rude and just unprofessional except one older gentleman that told us we did a great job and said the work was priced rightI then agreed to take off off the total bill to try and resolve the issue and she was having itI'm hoping we can resolve this issue with out court Thanks *** *** over of a and b

This account has been adjusted, but the complaint that I was rude to the customer is false it was actually the other way around.  I always treat my customers with respect and value their business. It's unfortunate that we could not come to an agrreement and continue services at this...
