I typically do not write reviews; but, I find it necessary to share this experienceI have been coming to this spa off and on over the last years, and I must say, the problems that they have had with their phones has been a nightmare; but it's a good thing that I know their reputationIt troubles me to see some of the negativity, as nobody will bend over backwards like the staff at A Day of DelightMy fiance and I were greeted with homemade red and white sangria, along with a sincere apology for the delay in booking our reservationGeoff and I were treated like kings and queens for the day! Our massages and facials (Geoff didn't even want the facial at first) ended up being the best everHe couldn't believe how much he truly enjoyed being pamperedWe have gone to other salons and spas only to be disappointed by their lack of professionalism and personal care The overall experience and customer service was hands down five star and well worth the waitThere is no place like A Day of DelightFor those of you who dont get through to their main line, this number worked for me : XXX-XXX-XXXXNo other can compare and I highly recommend them!
