Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The Sales Manager [redacted] is making it seem like we did nothing in our power to get him that invoiceThe mechanic shop sent it three times and had confirmation numbers it was sent successfullyThat was the easiest way for us to do it since We walk and take the bus to and from work due to us no longer having the jeep anymore, and to try and make an extra trip or pay for a cab just so he can get the invoic he said he didn't get was out of our handsFrom the beginning [redacted] was beating around the bush and giving me the run around about him needing to speak to the owner which is his cousin and he was out of reachHe seemed dismissive and not apologetic of the situation at allWe don't always have $2,cash to spend on a vehicle, that was our savings and it's gone with nothing to show forI just want our money back and for this mess to be resolved Regards, [redacted]
