Unfortunately, we were unable to service customer for a variety of technical reasonsAs soon as we determined that the customer was unservicable, we informed the customer and refunded their moneyWe hope the customer can find a suitable internet provider in the near future

Tenant lives in building that is in final stages of renovationPer our agreement with the building owner, temporary service is currently in placeWithin the next 90days permanent service will be setup and tenant will no longer have these issuesCustomer rating one starCustomer impatient and
condescending to staff, that are trying to help him resolve issues
