I did go through my credit card company however they did pay this hotel for a night stay The hotel had the option to refund my points or offer me a night stay in exchange and they offered me nothing and took my money I'm sorry but that is not good business They could have offered me another night at their hotel or a similar Marriott courtyard I don't think they get to blame the credit card company when they are the party holding the money I paid
