Review: I had the worst experience here. They "found" a hole in an expensive silk shirt and claimed the hole was there before I brought it in. This is absolutely not true. When I asked them to fix it, the woman had the audacity to tell me I had to pay for it. I asked her why, since it is clear they created the hole. She then began to yell at me and refused to take any responsibility. I asked her over and over to fix the hole that they created, and she still continued to yell at me. Not only was this terrible customer service, but as soon as I tried to look up her business information posted on the wall, she said "fine, go ahead and fill out the paper work and see how well that works. But get out of here."I went to a tailor nearby who said the hole is not fixable. They ruined a very expensive silk top, didn't take responsibility and I can never wear it again.Desired Settlement: Since a tailor told me the hole is not fixable, I'd either like A Plus Tailor & Cleaner to attempt to fix this for free, or cover the replacement cost for the shirt. The shirt is no longer available for purchase, and it is a $139 shirt.
