I went to this establishment the staff was amazing at firstI went in to get a facial and to have a consultation on the different services that they had to offerI explained to the staff there what my issues of concern were and she explain the different products they had and the benefitsso I decided without researching that I would like to try the belifil injection which is a facial fillerso without explaining the different issues that one may haveI agreed this would be the one I neededI paid $up front and the remaining balance would be paid in installmentswell, The very first day I was elated I looked amazing until I awoke the next day...I called them and said hey something is wrongthe filler is goneso I had an appointment to go in the next Saturday to have the damages assessed by the doctorWhich Just so happened to be the ownershe told me that it happens sometimes the injections take a while but not to worry that it would fill out in several months ..so I believed her and up unto that point this lady was super nice and very professionalshe assured me that I should not be concerned and I trusted her and went with another service which turned out not so good as wellWell 6mos later I am still waiting for the filler and it hasn't happened and I was told by this not so nice doctor / owner that she no longer wanted to deal with me because I wrote a review on her websiteI was directed to her assistant whom said to me that she was going to talk to the doctor and see what course of action should be takenI have not heard from her or her assistant to dateexcept via text message them I was instructed by her not to contact her anymore I made an appointment almost a couple of weeks ago at her NEW Location and was actually treated like I was going to commit a crimeshe basically told me that she wasn't giving me my money back nor would she be offering me any serviceand Let me add this she had me followed from my resident I observed a gentlemen following meup until I went in her business and came outat which time he no longer followed meNow, why would someone go to that extreme if they had treated you right and did everything to make sure you were a satisfied customer?? ** *** comes off at first as very caring but if you are not happy with her services she will not try to accommodate you at allthis is just my first course of action against this business

J did call me back and I told her everything and that I was going to Urgent Care. She asked that I text her pictures of my legs. I did at 10:44. I then went to Urgent Care and they did not know what to do but were shocked at how bad my legs looked and prescribed me 4 different medications for the pain, swelling, itching and reaction.

I contacted Amazon Local and they issued a full refund. However, my legs are now completely scarred and I even have the red marks all over my legs from where the laser was used.
