At this time, I have been contacted directly by Hereford Insurance Company regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
In the last communication from Hereford Ins to me, they say that they are still investigating the month now car accident - since
March *, This is the same thing they tell everyone that has filed a claim against themThe police report on this accident clearly states that their insured driver was at fault in this accident. This very well seems like another attempt not to pay what lawfully they need to pay
