On September 3rd 2016 at or about 6:40pm Ms. [redacted]’s vehicle was checked in and inspected the following day. Based on the vehicles condition at that time suggestions were made. A complete detailed estimate was provided and information communicated to her Via telephone. With Ms....

[redacted]’s approval and understanding of repairs to be completed, we then completed these repairs. 2 tires mounted and balanced, engine air filter, cabin air filter and transmission oil flush, for a total of 457.81 including parts tax labor and all related fees.   Ms. [redacted] mentioned the new cabin air filter scent “Lysol” and she informed me that the scent bother her due to medical reasons. At this time I informed her that we did not have another filter in stock to replace it with. In efforts to not have her be uncomfortable with the scented filter I informed Ms. [redacted] that I would instead install the old filter back in and that I would order her a new one for the following day as this is now taking place after business hrs. and she agreed to return the following day on Sunday September 4th 2016 for the cabin filter. On Sunday my staff informed me that she came in the store and in a disruptive manner and very loud tone of voice stated that she did not want to have any further services rendered and that we had sold her a used cabin filter which is not accurate. We sold her a “NEW” cabin air filter but the scent bothered her sinus as stated above. While this in going on in the store on Sunday morning September 4th 2016  the replacement filter had yet arrived. So we had no available resolution for her at that moment. The filter did arrive shortly after her departure however she never returned to our facility to have her new cabin filter installed. At this time I agree, Ms. [redacted] is due a refund in the amount of 44.56 plus tax for the cabin filter she agreed to have replaced due to the new scented odor of the replacement filter which she never returned to store to have installed. The other requested fees where pre authorized and agreed upon for the above mentioned repairs and services by Ms. [redacted]. However for her inconvenience we will approve the refund requested not owed or due in the amount of 73.34    Please informed if this would be accepted before refund is submitted.
