It is the first time that I use this type of services and I had no idea of the amount of fraud and bad experiences occurring on this business, luckily when requesting a quote through internet, Isaac from AAA Transporters contacted me directly on my phone, for this I had already received tons of offers from very cheap to very expensive, Isaac gave me a detailed explanation of how this business works and he took me step by step in the process of shipping a car, it was honest and quite clear since the beginning which gave me a lot of confidence and I decided to take their service I will tell you that with no delays, no extra costs, no surprises at the time of delivery , no mishaps with the vehicle, a Ford Mustang was shipped from Staten Island NY to Birmingham AL in just days On the contrary I had to change twice the date on which the driver had to pick up the car and even so Isaac stayed at the agreed rate and with the assurance that the car would be picked up and delivered on time I could not believe it, I really don't believe that I could have had more luck And if that was not enough, Isaac had given me a price, so he always remained on that price, in fact the driver because of the complicated location where he had to pick up the car, he asked for $extras, so AAA Transporters decided to give to the driver his part and thus maintaining the price and the driver happy in order to pick up the car in timeThat is to say AAA Transporters did not earn a penny with this service- it leaves very clear their professionalism and commitment with the clientI have nothing more to say, I think the facts speak for themselvesFrom Alabama and in an amazing Mustang I send my most sincere thanks to Isaac and AAA Transporters for all the help

Please stay away from these people as much as you canThey blatantly lie to get your business only to find out they deliberately deceiveI was told that they will get me a driver the next day and will take 5-days (from NYC to CA)In fact they gave me the contact number of a different trucking company, and lying that this was the driver's numberIt took days instead of 5-7; it was not door to door (they made me drive min to go closer to their place, just because they didn't want to drive They move your car from warehouse to warehouse across the country that increases the likelihood of getting damagedThey cannot be trusted
