Aarons plumbing did go out to Ms*** home to rod out her pipeThe cap on the pipe was sealed and it was an older pipe, The plumber removed it rodded out the line and had to place ducktape around the treads of the pipe to make a tight
seal he knew that regular Teflon tape was not thick enoughIt made a tight seal was not leaking at all Ms*** thought they he just ducktaped the cap on which in her opinion was he didn't do the seal correctHe told her he would try to locate a new cap for her line but was having trouble finding one for herHe did find one went out to her home the cap that he had put on was not leaking still had a tight seal to it nothing and replaced it with a new capJob complete

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/07/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The Plummer never physically checked the pipe upon returning to my home, he merely looked at the pipeIt was not leaking because my husband had tightened the pipe, I Think he should have made sure the connection was secureIt is just a really poor business practice

Aarons Plumbing received a work order fro American Home Shield a home warranty program which we are contracted with to service a water heater from Mr* *** the plumber went out accessed the water heater determined it need to be replacedThe plumber went out to replace the water heater he
tried to shut off the water by the valve which appeared to be in poor condition due to rust which was present on valve We couldnt find the main water shut off located at the house the water company would have taken several days to come and dig it upThe valve was leaking we had another plumber come out to install a new valve which he did under pressureThe repairs were completed
