I am rejecting this response because: This mechanic clearly tried to take advantage of my husband who is handicapBy bringing up the money we invested in this truck he clearly thought we were going to pay him for any further mistakesHowever when my husband mentioned we have spent about thousand into this truck what the mechanic didn't know is that he was referring to the price we paid, new tires, battery, and oil changes if by those factors it has been in different shops I guess so considering we change our oil where it is convenient. As previously stated the shop we took the truck to gave us detailed descriptions, pictures, and video of what they did and what was wrongI reported the issue immediately to Mr S as he stated I showed up at the shop due to him not answering phone calls prior to my arrival and unable to leave a voice mailAs for witness I guess his dog and wife counts as doubles since their were people there who I'm sure would lie for himAt that point I just wanted the he owed for the injectors not replaced, however his lack of communication and unprofessional treatment is where I am now aa king for plus the and somethings I had to pay the other shop to fix the issuesHe mentioned he was not given the option to turn down service but after getting the vehicle back and it not running once engine was warmed up I personally did not feel comfortable nor trust this place to do any further work as I made him aware of this he seemed to understand my concerns. I prefer to stop the back and forth and resolve this issue asap!

I am rejecting this response because: I have thorough documentation from the mechanic that fixed the issuesI have pictures of the different injectors where specifically two do not matchThe truck has only had one issue and was needing fuel injectorsUpon leaving the shop the truck wouldn't even run after warming upIt is the mechanics job to test drive and double check his workI've seen the order form of the parts ordered but the parts do not match up on the vehicleThe company never offered any reimbursement nor would return any phone calls.

The customer received 8 injectors in which they paid for, we do not carry any stock in house, we only order parts for which are needed. The customer came into my business raising hell yelling, screaming and cussing in front of my other customer sitting in the waiting room. She was completely...

unprofessional and rude. We run a highly respected business and don't have time for false accusations and slander from someone trying to get a free repair. The customer purchased 8 injectors which are remanufactured with a 1 year warranty. Injectors ordered and installed are not identically matched due to being remaned from various supplies and vendor sources used during the reman process. The customer was offered a 300.00 refund based on the terms that the returned cores were found to have any fresh non used injectors in the return box. Attached is a text from the vendor where the injectors were purchased. He clearly stated that all injectors returned were used and NOT freshly reman. We do entertain false accusations of work perform. The customer clearly stated that they have spent 10k in repairs at various shops over the last six months or so. When the truck was brought to us for repairs, the customer was notified that by us before any work was started, that there was no visible repairs ever done and the truck has serious issues that need to be addressed. The customer was also informed that they had diesel in their coolant and their heads were cracked. Replacing the fuel injectors would not fix their problem, they needed more extensive repairs than injectors. The customer refused to accept that the truck has major issues, they stated they wanted the injectors replaced. In the process of replacing injectors, there are no wires removed or altered. Their truck has been screwed with by so many other shops, (clearly stated by the customer) That the wiring under the hood has been frayed and raveled everywhere, the wiring looks like a mouse has chewed them. This is not something that can be accomplished by simply installing injectors. By installing injectors, only the valve covers are removed, there is no need to remove any wiring.   All our work performed has a warranty, we were never  notified of any issues pertaining to the truck once it was picked up by the customer. The truck was driven by our shop personnel to and from Marble falls twice after the injectors were replaced, a total of 50+ miles, the truck ran perfectly. Due to the fact that we were never notified of any issues and the truck was taken elsewhere for supposed repairs after it left Absalute Diesel, we no longer accept any claim or acknowledge any warranty. We were not given first right of refusal to make any claims right that the customer may or may not have had once it left our shop. The customer clearly stated that they are going to sue us in court, We have no problem with this at all, we keep a very good attorney on retainer just for false allegations such as these and we will gladly see them in court to defend our respected business. We are not a member of Revdex.com and have no reason to become one, we don't need some paid for business to vouch for our business.  Our stellar reputation in the community and most the southern united states is all we need, we don't need to pay anyone to makes positive claims for us. We do however, aggressively defend our business practices by taking legal action against people who falsely make claims against us.  Slandering our name and defamation of character online without prejudice is grounds for a law suit on our behalf. Our lawyer has already been informed of the situation and has been provided copies of the online slandering that the customer is doing. The customer was given the opportunity to accept a good faith refund, the customer refused the monetary refund offered when she was standing in our office. Now the customer can pay for legal fees and see us in court.

The customer is full of herself. She doesn't try calling our business until 1.5 hours after business hours are closed. We have call records showing the fact. No calls have been made to our business during normal business hours. We also have five persons who were present during our office conversation in which she was offered a good faith refund, in which she chose to wait till the cores came back to the dealer for inspection. As had been stated, we will gladly defend ourselves in court. We were never notified of any issue with the truck, not we're we given first right of refusal to make any such issues right.
