I would have responded sooner but have been very busyI was sent to Mr [redacted] for a second opinion by American Home ShieldHe did ask about his blower motor while I was there checking his unitI DID tell AHS about the motor and was told as long as its till working they will not replace itIf he wanted it replaced he would have to pay for it out of his pocketI did tell this to Mr [redacted] and he did not want to pay for the motorHe said he wouls wait for it to go outI did replace his evaporator coil for AHS in June I told him if he had any more ac problems AHS would have to send another company that is closer to service himI received a work order on July and he called and left a message that his blower motor went outI tried calling AHS to tell them I could not service this due to the distance (hours round trip) and they would need to send another company ot=ut to service himI told him I would not be out to service his unit because it was too far away He would still call several time during the weekendI tried calling AHS all weekend and finally reached the ON 7/5/I told them he was too far away and I did not have time to service his unitThey cancelled the work order at 07:am on 7/5/I called him again and told him the work order was cancelled and they were finding another company to send outHe filed this complaint approx hours after thatHe should have received the same canel email I didi even sent him a copy of mineHis complaint should have been against AHS.If he was told I would do it after it was cancelled it was AHS that lied to himAs far a me lying to AHS that is not true I have no reason to lie to them I was not rude and obnoxious to himMost of what is in his complaint is not trueHe added more to his complaint to make Absolut Air sound badHe stated he wants me to "finish" the jobMy job was finished when I replaced the evaporator coil and cleaned up any mess that was madeSo it is in the hands of AHS at this timeWhen I talked to my AHS rep she said they have a company close to him but they refuse to go to his homeI told her she could add me to that list since he filed a complaint that should never have been filed So there is no job for me to finish with Mr [redacted] !H

Compressor failure was most likely to the packed(dirty) evaporator coil when The Waits were buying the house Absolut Air was called by the seller to clean the coilWhen we were called out on2/27/the panels were of the unit and someone else had been working on the unitI have talk to Mrs Waits
and offered to give her a new compressor and new capacitor and she can get another ac company to install the compressorShe has agreed to this settlementOnce the compressor and capacitor are delivered to her business between Absolut Air and the Waits will be concluded and Absolut Air will no longer be responsible for any future issues with their ac system They will have anther company perform future services on their system

I am rejecting this response because: some statements he said are not correct when we had the inspection on buying this house they said coils were slightly dirty and could use to be cleaned so in contract of buying house I required the seller to clean coils and Noone has worked on the unit except absolute air since then on I have called him to help when I blew fuse putting in a nest thermostat and then called him out when compasitor blew he replaced compasitor to a wrong compasitor and which caused current issue of blowing the compressor after he told me compressor was blown I called two other companies to verify for second opinion perfect air and guys ac they both told me that is the cause we took the lid off after that to get model numbers today he came out today to get model numbers and Noone had been working ing in the system and cover was never off when he came except today he then offered to bring me a compressor but I have to find someone to put it in which costs me 1000$ so yes I do agree to replacement of compressor and correct compasitor which I feel he should put on not me have to but I will accept the parts

His complaint should have been against AHS.If he was told I would do it after it was cancelled it was AHS that lied to him. As far a me lying to AHS that is not true . I have no reason to lie to them . I was not rude and obnoxious  to him. Most of what is in his complaint is not true. He added more to his complaint to make Absolut Air sound bad. He stated he wants me to "finish" the job. My job was finished when I replaced the evaporator coil and cleaned up any mess that was made. So it is in the hands of AHS at this time. When I talked to my AHS rep she said they have a company close to him but they refuse to go to his home. I purchased a completely new system a little more than a year ago. Nothing but problems since installation.

I purchased a new air unit and furnace a little more than a year ago. The owner of the company had to redo some duct work and it took more than two weeks for the entire install. Since completetion I have had to call him back at 30 times because the line continues to freeze. He comes out and adds freon but a few days later it freezes again. The system came with a 10 year warranty and he has been good about showing up to try and repair the unit but there is no real repair going on. Besides the fact that it keeps freezing it has never cooled like my old unit. He was also supposed to get a city inspector to check his work. He had me do it once and I waited all morning and most of the afternoon. By 3:00 I decided to jump in the shower and wouldn't you know it the inspector showed up and I missed him. He then said he would get an inspector and he didn't. I know that it is not installed right and he is just damaging my new unit by just adding some freon. Now it's getting hot and I have small kids at home and he won't return my text or calls.
