To be quite clear A Total of days at the MOST, had gone by since I had received her appropriate documents and the 29th when I received a phone message from Dr [redacted] that she was going to turn me into the Revdex.com and contact creditors, and other threats if I did not return her application and depositI responded asap to this phone message by calling Dr [redacted] I began by stating that I did not understand why she was upset and threatening me and that I wanted to try and resolve this. She was not open to any resolutionI explained to her that I would be sending her application and deposit (in full) back and that I did not want to do business with her.On June the 1stPrior to receiving the Revdex.com complaintI already had mailed Dr [redacted] ’s applications and security deposit etc (all items I received) I returned to her via certified mail with her signature requiredAs of this writing I have not received confirmation that she has received them, but I do have my receipt from the Post Office. The resolution she ask for was met without any need to involve the Revdex.com.All of her documents have been returned as well as her funds, which were never cashed, and all of this has been done at my expenseI charged her no fee’s for application approval, or return of her documentsHer claims are outrageous and uncalled for.My personal, and business reputation is flawless and unbiased Google reviews reflect this.I’ve been in the business for over years, commended by the communities that I do business in, and this is the first time I’ve ever had to respond to such non-sense.It is my opinion that Dr [redacted] ’s actions are irresponsible, irrational, and malicious. Her Documents have been returned as per my word, and without any influence of the Revdex.com.As far as her request of me stating that I will not use any of her info in a fraudulent manner. That is absurdI don’t use information in a fraudulent manner, periodHer’s or anyones.I view this matter closed.Thank you for your assistance.Sincerely, Rodney T***, Owner Act Apartments
