I just spoke with Mrs [redacted] to inform her that Rob will be satisfying their concerns The roof repair was completed November with a year warranty Rob was there several weeks ago to remove the leaves and debris off the roof and around the drains Due to the non-slope of the roof, the water does not run to the drains On Monday, November 21, 2016, Rob inspected the roof once again and all laps that are above water are laying flat and sealed properly However, the ponding water is pulling the seam cover tape and causing it to bubble Due to the high winds we could not make any repairs this week, but within the next days -- weather permitting -- Rob will push the water off, dry off and clean off the roof, and lay new stripping down over the bubbled laps Hopefully this repair will satisfy their concerns Thank you, Cheryl KSheetz, ManagerBob Sheetz Roofing & Siding Co., LLC

Rob contacted [redacted] as soon as we received the complaint the beginning of January 2016 and resolved the gutter issue promptly.  When Rob left the residence after the adjustment was completed [redacted] was completely satisfied.  We apologized for any inconvenience this may have...
