The unpaid balance was listed with collections on 06/03/2014 due to non payment. If a balance remains unpaid and we are not contacted with an attempt to pay or a payment arrangement, Adult Child and Family Counseling Center will list the balance with a collections agency.
The unpaid balance was validly listed with CBSA 06/03/2014 due to non-payment. Once an account is listed with collections Adult Child and Family Counseling Center refers all questions to collections. CBSA will contact us should they need additional information to address the debtor's inquiry, All interaction from that point is strictly between CBSA and the debtor.
