Complaint: [redacted] The 10/24/response via Revdex.com from [redacted] appears to endorse the practices that I feel I have experienced in dealing with [redacted] Those practices are - be RECKLESS in conducting your business, MISLEAD your customers and COERCE employees as necessary to avoid liability for bustisomeone’s property In my view, these practices have been inflicted on me as follows: The Delivery Team (BOTH of them) acknowledged, in discussion with my wife, the possibility that their truck had struck the gateThey were RECKLESS in executing the delivery My wife signed the delivery paperwork after being told by the Delivery Team that it related only to the package being delivered in good conditionThey MISLED her The Delivery Team completely changed their story after “discussion” with the CEOThey were, in all likelihood, COERCED If this Revdex.com process does not yield a settlement, I will move my grievance to small claims courtI would hope that the Delivery Team will revert to telling the truth when required to testify or provide sworn statement Thank you – [redacted]

Yes, [redacted] provided a delivery, however we did not hit or damage the gate When driver was on site, wife noticed gate was damaged She asked driver about gate and driver indicated he did not hit gate Wife explained it must of happened prior to our arrival Wife then SIGNED PAPERWORK AND INDICATED NO DAMAGE DONE TO PROPERTY! Fortunately, there was also a delivery helper in the vehicle at the time Because the vehicle had to back up into the residence, the helper also looked out the passenger window to help guide driver Passenger was a witness that confirmed he with 100% certainty e gate was never hit by vehicle Husband's only complaint against our company is that gate was not damaged earlier in the day, but sometime during the day gate was damaged He's claim of having a picture, is just the picture of our vehicle entering the premise We agree to being on premise, but not causing damage We understand his frustration, if someone damaged his gate he wants it fixed However, we can not accept liability when we did not cause the damageAnd to reiterate - wife did sign off documentation that no damage occurred while we were there making delivery

Tell us why here..Dependable Express is a delivery agent for *** When a customer places an order online with ***, the item is shipped to our warehouse where we make the final delivery. Dependable Express received notification that we had a sofa for the
*** residence needing to be delivered We contacted them to set up their delivery window On the day of delivery, we realized we did not have their sofa. We contacted *** and a replacement sofa was scheduled to be sent to our warehouse This replacement sofa took several days to be received. Once we had the sofa in our warehouse, we contacted the *** family again and delivered it on 8-27-2015. It is our company’s standard operating procedure to notify recipients on any issues with their delivery in a timely fashion. Our system indicates we were in contact with both the recipient and *** but unfortunately could not answer the question of where their sofa was. The customer service representatives at Dependable Express are expected to be friendly andhelpful. We are sorry the customer does not feel we upheld this standard Providing excellent service is the foundation of our success.

The 10/24/17 response via Revdex.com from [redacted] appears to endorse the practices that I feel I have experienced in dealing with [redacted].  Those practices are - be RECKLESS in conducting your business, MISLEAD your customers and COERCE employees as necessary to avoid liability for busting-up someone’s property.   In my view, these practices have been inflicted on me as follows:   The Delivery Team (BOTH of them) acknowledged, in discussion with my wife, the possibility that their truck had struck the gate. They were RECKLESS in executing the delivery.   My wife signed the delivery paperwork after being told by the Delivery Team that it related only to the package being delivered in good condition. They MISLED her.   The Delivery Team completely changed their story after “discussion” with the CEO. They were, in all likelihood, COERCED.   If this Revdex.com process does not yield a settlement, I will move my grievance to small claims court. I would hope that the Delivery Team will revert to telling the truth when required to testify or provide sworn statement.   Thank you – [redacted]

Yes, [redacted] provided a delivery, however we did not hit or damage the gate.  When driver was on site, wife noticed gate was damaged.  She asked driver about gate and driver indicated he did not hit gate.  Wife explained it must of happened prior to our arrival.   Wife...

then SIGNED PAPERWORK AND INDICATED NO DAMAGE DONE TO PROPERTY!   Fortunately, there was also a delivery helper in the vehicle at the time.  Because the vehicle had to back up into the residence, the helper also looked out the passenger window to help guide driver.  Passenger was a witness that confirmed he with 100% certainty e gate was never hit by vehicle.  Husband's only complaint against our company is that gate was not damaged earlier in the day, but sometime during the day gate was damaged.  He's claim of having a picture, is just the picture of our vehicle entering the premise.   We agree to being on premise, but not causing damage.    We understand his frustration, if someone damaged his gate he wants it fixed.  However, we can not accept liability when we did not cause the damage. And to reiterate - wife did sign off documentation that no damage occurred while we were there making delivery.

[redacted] prides itself on service, and we in no way were misleading.   Wife was given paperwork to fill out, from [redacted].   [redacted]'s paperwork contains a survey, on our delivery performance.  Survey is very straightforward and not misleading.  [redacted] filled out the survey as followed:   1) Was there any visible damage to the exterior packaging or any of the products you received?   Answer - NO2) Were any of the products damaged?  Answer - N/A3) Was your property damaged during delivery? (If yes, describe below)   Answer - NO.4) Did you receive a curtesy call from the delivery team 30 minutes prior to their arrival?  Answer - YesComments about your delivery.  This area was left blank. [redacted] completed the survey and then signed on 9-29-2017.[redacted] signed NO damage to property during delivery on her paperwork.  Wife knew about the damage gate prior to filling out survey.   [redacted] saw the gate damage when she went outside to meet our driver, and asked if they knew what happened.  Driver told her no.  When [redacted] interviewed the driver about the delivery, she specifically asked driver to be truthful.  There was no coercion what used what so ever.  Driver was positive vehicle did not damage/hit gate.  [redacted] interviewed the passenger in the vehicle separately and again stated she was looking for the truth.  Passenger was not the driver's normal helper, so there would be no reason for him to lie.  He was 100% sure vehicle did not get even near fence as he was looking out passenger window as vehicle was backing up to help guide driver.  [redacted] offered [redacted] the opportunity to file an insurance claim if he wanted, but stated insurance would deny claim as we did not hit his gate.   Both driver and helper are insistent they did not cause damage, so claim would be denied.     We are confident that our vehicle did not cause this damage.  We acknowledge we were at the residence making a delivery.    [redacted]'s argument against us is the gate was fine in the am, and later in the day it was damaged therefor it was us.  This is an assumption that is not true.
