This company refuses to refund me for a product that has been proven to be faulty I consulted with a lawyer and they advised me to first contact Revdex.com & Consumer Protection to show I made an effort to get the matter resolved I purchased headlight assemblies and fog lights It included the full housing so it was very expensive The halo LED lights are faulty and I have video and pictures to prove it along with a technical assessment from a professional lighting installer

I ordered a set of custom headlights for my vehicleWhen items arrived I took it to my local professional installers and they notice a defect in the passenger side headlight assembly which had quiet a bit of condensation so I waited for a couple of days for the headlight to dry out and it didn't so about a week later I email [redacted] at Aac Enterprise Inc and told her my situation and she said that she'll send me a free bottle of silicone to fix the issue and with instructions, so I took it back to my local installers and they did exactly what she suggested in the email and still no goI'd emailed her back and she said that there were nothing that she could but send back the headlight to get them fixedWhen you're dealing with a custom product you would think that they do extensive testing before the ship anything out but I guess they didn'tSo mind you I'm getting charged a labor fee each time the headlights had to get worked onSo I called and spoke to another individual a

I placed an order with this company on 2/10/I ordered a set or ORACLE SMD halo's for a ChallengerPlease note that this Advanced Automotive Concepts and ORACLE are the same company
I received my product on 2/15/Upon opening the product, one halo was defective and did not light upI discovered that the power cable connecting in to it was lose and then fell outThey sent me a new halo out as replacementI finally got everything sorted out about mid-March and installed the halo's on my carAfter a couple weeks of being on the product started to malfunctionSeveral LED's have stopped workingI sent emails on 3/22/17, 3/24/and 4/3/I left voicemails for different people's contact I got off the internet on 3/28/and 4/6/I also included contacts for ORACLE form their website as well I never received a call or email back on any of these correspondenceI eventually left a post on their Facebook page on 4/10/showing photos of the defective product a
