1) The Window Flashing is installed The village wants us to add additional flashing 2) No water is leaking The client actually has some guy named [redacted] who has sabotaged a lot of this project We have [redacted] *on property breaking seals of the windows (on video) And him with water guns spraying windows.3) She has / had prior mold in her house It is physically impossible of us providing mold in the cold weather Which they were installed in We will have the EPA come out there and do a whole mold test if she wants on her house 4) The appearance looks 10x better than they were before Her previous windows she couldn't even see out of 5) These windows are EPA approved and we can send someone from the government out there to prove this wrong If you need our manufacturers information we will be more than happy to provide it.6) Elgin approved us to do further work to make sure everything is perfect.7) Elgin tested all the windows and none are loose We will be updating the windows even more so We need [redacted] to stay off the property as he damages the windows and directs our staff in the WRONG way We want to finish this job but have had nothing but problems from the client and some guy who isn't even listed on the contract We will finish next week and if the client provides more problems or not paying We will take the client to [redacted] and put a lien on the property
