My phone was stolen at the post office. So I cancelled my number. I went to the store to get my SIM card back and buy a phone. When I get there I called the Simple Mobile. Before that they sent me a SIM card for $15. Simple Moble told me the SIM card is 99 cents. I told them I need a phone. The guy said yes, I have a new phone, an iPhone 7 plus. I said let me see, and he showed it to me. I said "that's the only color you have." He said "yes, it is new, it just came." And that time, I need phone because I don't know my dental office (the location). I needed the phone to call them and get the direction on how to get there. So after that, when he give me the phone. I said where is the charger, the box, and the instruction book. They went through their stuff to get to the charger. They brought it, but it was the wrong one. How about the booklet for instructions? So then, I was going to be late for my dental appointment. So I said, I'm going to my appointment and then coming back. Then I bought a case for the phone. So when I come back three hours after that, in the doctors office, I found out the phone was not new. I came back and said that the phone is not new, it is used. Somebody used it for AT&T. So I don't want it, give me my money back. He said "no, I told you it had been used for only 2 weeks." And I told him, "okay, you said it is new. But if you said two weeks, I didn't hear that and this one has not been used for 2 weeks, it is old phone." When I was calling my dental office, they barely heard me, and no one can hear me when I call. They can only hear me when I am on speaker phone which means the phone is not good. I came back they don't want to refund my money. I called the police. I left the case I bought inside. The boss took all his money, put it in his pocket and left. And he said, no they won't refund. The police said they aren't going to make them refund my money. I ask for receipt, and police said they cannot make them give me receipt.
