Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This company is insulting and an embarrassment to good quality businessesThe home is not a clutter, there are two teenagers, one has a room in the downstairs (no vents) and the teenage son is upstairs....how many teenagers are constantly not hanging up their clothesIf the clothes on the vent is a reason for the furnace not to work, I laugh as that is ridiculousThe term "these people" only confirms the prejudice of this company and it's employeesMy husband tried for two years to be patient with these people and it was a constant repair, repair, oops we sent the wrong item, oops the technician was wrong...oop, and oops and oopsThe $is pennies for us, the cost of a $system that does not work, is what we are so disappointed in spending to a company that takes the money and runWe have found a legitimate company with compassion and knows how to display and utilize excellent customer serviceWe wash our hands on our loss with this company and our word of mouth for others to run is our privilege based on the lack of serve we receive They promised a letter weeks ago to explain what they have done and the service, from their account, we receivedIt was promised by that Chris and we have never receivedThis lack of promise again certifies their lack of service

Yes, we will refund them the $ Let us know how to give it to them and have the complaint dismissed We have been out many times to the home only to find all the heat registers covered with miscdebri The kids are hoarders and we've discussed trying to help them numerous times
with the parents They all get extremely upset when we tell them the system has failed due to lack of airflow from the clutter in the home Also, they leave all the doors closed in the home (LOL, interior doors) and I told them to at least open half of them and the rooms would feel better We never said to open the exterior doors and windows, don't know where that one came from We've all listened to the recording of me talking with the kids the day before about the doors, and the father the next day calling me a lier about the door issue I told him I never said the exterior doors, that would not be smart if you wanted the system to operate properly We can only do so much for these people The air filter was extremely dirty was one of the problems why it wouldn't work I told them they can't vacuum out a 6" disposable air filter for years It may look okay, but it's plugged and restricting air flow so your AC is freezing over due to lack of airflow, and this was after my technician uncovered most of the registers so he could make sure it operated properly again

My husband tried for two years to be patient with these people and it was a constant repair, repair, oops we sent the wrong item, oops the technician was wrong...oop, and oops and oops. The $95 is pennies for us, the cost of a $6100 system that does not work, is what we are so disappointed in spending to a company that takes the money and run. We have found a legitimate company with compassion and knows how to display and utilize excellent customer service.
