I have been in contact with [redacted] since she first called AJK ENTERPRISE I was out of the office for one day which I was supposed to return her call the day I was out, but then promptly spoke with [redacted] the very next day She and I met at a 7/which is close to her house so that she could give me her Sentria and I swapped it out with another Sentria 2, so that she could clean her home--- until we can get her vacuum fixed I will gladly keep taking care of Ms [redacted] and she will get the best customer service I can possibly give her

First of all, AJK ENTERPRISE never closed the doorsAs you can see we are accredited with the Revdex.com and have a B+ ratingThis complaint should be deleted because it has nothing to do with our companyI have several papers from United Consumer
Financial Services that proves he never paid a payment at all and they have notes that state they spoke with him several times regarding this account and he refused to pay for the vacuumFinancing a Kirby is just like financing anything else--- if you don't pay for it, it goes to collectionsAlso, If a person finances something usually there is a APR % and also Finance charges so of coarse it would be a little more that the amount financedIn my opinion, this is a ridiculous complaint that has nothing to do with our business and should definitely be removedHe should have found UCFS on Revdex.com and made a complaint there

You may cancel this transaction, without any Penalty or Obligation, within three business days from the above date which was January 14th, If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within business days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled
To Cancel this transaction, mail or deliver a dated copy of this cancellation notice, any other written notice or send a telegram to: AJK ENTERPRISE *** ** *** street St, Charles, MO XXXXX NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT OF 1/17/
Now, there was an error on the independent dealer's part because he put 1/17/and the actually not later than midnight of date should have been 1/19/However, Normally we honor any cancellation notice when called in and then we go ahead and cancel the deal and then refund the money once we receive the cancellation in the mail/fax/telegramHowever, we did not receive ANYTHING from Mrs***She disputed it with her Credit Card company and they took the money back out of my accountI then disputed it with the credit card company and because she did not send in the cancellation notice nor called until 1/20/we cannot and will not honor the cancellationThe credit card company put the money back into my account because she did not have proof that anything was sent in in the allotted timeI apologize for the inconvenience but seeing that she actually had days to cancel and choose to call in on the 6th day and try to cancel we can't honor the cancellation notice

We train independent contractors to use the Kirby home maintenance equipment in an extensive day training, because it is alot of information to learn and memorize being that it is systems in oneWe need them to have hands on training so
we suggest setting 5-free floor cleanings with friends and family so that they can get that experienceNot only that but get some good feedback on how they can demo the equipment well and get any pointers there family and friends may have that would help themWe never pressure anyone to set the appointments with friends and family- we give them the optionWe also put bonuses up for those who do a certain amount
I paid Mrs***'s daughter on the Kirby that she sold to herThe independent contractors have a cost on how much they can sell a Kirby for and if they sell a machine for under that cost, they do not get paidThe second machine that she sold, was under costI have no problem what so ever giving Mrs*** a new machine, nor did we the day she purchased itShe never asked for a new machine, if we aren't asked, normally they sell the one that they are showing- so we don't have any issuesI have given ***( the daughter) the missing parts as well as all the of documents she signed stating how she gets paid her independent dealer agreement
*** came to me and informed me about another representative that was working with us at the time, that she was stolen fromAs soon as we found out the girl had stolen things from ***, we immediately terminated the repWe do Extensive National backgrounds on all of our independent dealers she did not have anything on her background the day we accepted her for training
We are in good standings with *** and I wish she would communicate better with her daughter, so we wouldn't have bad reviews on the Revdex.com

I spoke with the seller and the manager of this sale and from what I gathered, this was a very odd sale*** (the manager) is in the beginning stages of opening up his own branch officeAt the time of sale, he had just signed an office
lease and moved to O'Fallon, MO but had to still use the main office information for the paperwork because he didn't have his own Tax Id #He had a business license for the state of MO and business license for the City of O'Fallon, however was waiting on his TAX ID # from the Deptof Revenue***(the girl that was cleaning)- was in the home by herself 90% of the time, and the manager was only allowed in the home to fill out the paperwork for the saleHe did mention that Ms*** had showed him her small business she had started for tax purposes in the basement but that he never agreed for Ms*** to allow him to file her quarterly taxesBeing the secretary/office manager at AJK Enterprise, I do all quarterly filing for my branch offices and for the main office so *** agreeing to something of that nature is false*** would never agree to let anyone do AJK Enterprise's quarterly taxes because he does not own AJK EnterpriseAs for the fraudulent activity, this is as wellMs*** filled out the credit application herselfThe manager filled the contract out, we have a receipt for the down payment that Ms*** gave a debit card number for and everything was signed and dated by Ms*** and The manager, as well as the SellerIn order to cancel a contract through United Consumer Financial Services, the purchaser has to sign the cancellation notice within the alloted business day cancellation period, which is stated in the cancellation notice located at the bottom of the Sales ContractThe cancellation notice had to have been signed before the no later than midnight of date, as well as post marked before that datesent in certified mail to ensure the purchaser that the contract would be cancelledUnfortunately, the cancellation process did not take placeAt AJK Enterprise, we honor the cancellation process by phone as well, and we were not contacted by Ms*** by mail or by phone
