To whom it may concern,About weeks ago [redacted] and his wife came in to Aldor Jewelry Creations in Astoria, NYThe couple had just came back from Europe trying to fix his Omega watchWhen they came in with the watch it was NOT working to begin with which is what brought them into the store to start.When my watch repair technician saw the watch he said he will check if its's the batteryHe took it to back working area which is fully and completely visible to the customer thru a big glass window and an open door with a mirror on itThe customer has full view of our working area to see exactly what any technician is doingThe watch was very easy to open and it was clearly visible that the coil was damagedDespite that a new watch battery was placed and the watch was still not workingThe technician came out with the watch and explained in detail what was wrong with the watch and why it's not working even with a new battery.The wife started blaming us that we broke it while the husband was quite [redacted] was asked if anyone else tried to fix it? With his broken english he said that someone in Greece tried to open it before but his wife was saying no no you broke it! The husband was very quite! This shows a lot If it would be our fault there is no way that Albert would come out with the watch and in detail show and explain the problemI think he would want to cover it up and say it's not working and needs further repair and how much it would costInstead he was very honest with the customer and fully explained Aldor Jewelry Creations have been in business for more than yearsAlbert has almost years experience in the jewelry/jewelry repair and watch/watch repair industryOur business has been in excellent standing in all its years in businessWe give it our all and provide phenomenal customer serviceMost of our customers have been with us for years in addition to those who have been following Albert wherever he goes thru out all his years in the industryAll our customers bring their family and friends We have been servicing Astoria for almost yearsWith all that said we are willing to fix the watch but it will NOT be free of charge due to the fact that it was in no way our faultThey came to us with a broken watch to begin with!!!!Tell us why here
