Keeping my deposite cause of a dirty sheet. It's in oyo townhouse in owensboro ky. She treated me unfair because I said she was rude.
It started April 23 2030 at oyo town housemotel in owensboro ky. The lady at the desk was standing there doing nothing and left me in linefor15mins. So I asked if she could help me. She had a attitude and said in min. I said that was rude. So she goes to check the room and the bed I didn't even sleep on had a yellow wet spot. Washer could easily got it out. So she kept my deposite. 100 dollars. So back to when I checked in first room I got was dirty. Go to office they give me another room. I go to that room and the doors didn't work.. 3rd room. Walk in the first bed as you walk in had a yellow wet spot. So I was like 3rd room. I'm tired. I'm not sleeping on that bed anyways . So I went to sleep on other bed. Wake up to get my deposite back and that were she left me in line for 15mins. And I asked her poiitley to help me I have to be at work

My money back. And wages tell I find another job. Cause was fired for being late cause of her. Donnie. Made me wait

This complaint needs to be addressed with OYO Hotels Corporation, this is not OYO hotel or its one of their hotel.

I purchase reservations with this company Thur hotel.com. I arrived a the hotel at about 7:30pm they had sold my room to someone else then she offered me a room something like I purchase online. I purchase that room I was tired that day and left to eat . When I made it back to the room the room was very nasty in the living room area and floor was very nasty. The next morning I called the front desk to the front desk to let them know about the room. No one showed up to the room so I walked down to the front desk. I spoke to Jenny in housekeeping she avoided me that the room should have never been rented out

Refund I Was only at the hotel for about 6/7 hours each day due to conditions and plans... I think I should be refund full amount due to unpeaceful vacation.

Checked into this hotel and was given a key to an occupied room. The occupant promptly called the front desk and threatened to shoot us (even though we had NO clue the room was occupied). When we told the front desk that we would not be staying, they told us that a refund would not be a problem. This was not true. The parent company later told us they would require our BANK ACCOUNT information to process a refund even though we paid with a credit card. When I explained that this was unacceptable, they told me that I would not get a refund if I didn't give them my BANK ACCOUNT information. I would not deal with this company.

On june 7th at 5:00am I trying to make reservation forfor that night. They made the reservations for the 6th of june! And they wouldnt give me a refun

I paid a cash deposit on my room. Upon checkout the hotel refused to return it. They claimed I smoked in the room. I AM A NON SMOKER!! THIS IS FRAUD.
MY stay was through Booking.com. My stay was for May 4th to May 5th 2019.

The manager accused me and my partner of smoking, covering the smoke detector and finding cigarette butts all over the room.
We had booked the room for the wrong date. I had called booking.com and got the situation fixed. Arriving to the hotel on 05/14/2019 the guy at the front desk said that they had a $100.00 security deposit ( we paid in cash) and we would get it back at the end of the visit. Once we got into the room, we noticed that there was something on the ceiling cover with a black trash bag. We did not think anything of this and thought they had repainted. We went out and then went to sleep. The following day 05/15/2019 we proceeded to check out. They went to "inspect" the room. The Manager Jackie said we would not be getting our deposit back because she found cigarette butts and accused us of covering the smoke detector. Arguing back and forth reassuring her that we do not smoke and asking her to give us a walk through (which she refused) she walked away. I called corporate because all of this was a lie. They said that they were going to "investigate" that this was not the only time that this has happened. Once corporate had talked to Jackie the manager they said that she told them that she herself caught me and my partner Bobby smoking in the room and caught us opening the window. All of this is a lie!! We do not smoke, we never opened or covered anything in the room. We ended up leaving because corporate told us that they were going to address the issue and give me a resolution which we still don't have. We are traveling and on vacation and did not have time to stay at the hotel. They also charged my card a "service fee" (that they never told me about) for $58.00

I would like my deposit back. All of this was a lie and a scam!!

Paid for a month, used a half. Hotel said(at check in)would refund unused night, now they refuse because "you(me)paid in cash instead of credit card"
In February I made a reservation for 28 nights in "OYO Townhouse Hotel", starting on February 23rd 2019. 28 nights later,in March, I renewed that reservation for 28 more nights, and then in April, once again I renewed for the same time.

In the moment of the check in on 02/23/19, and after having paid in cash for the next (first) month, the person in the front desk, called "Jackie", informed me (I did not even ask)in case I had to leave the hotel before 28 nights the amount due to the unused nights would be immediately reimbursed.

Along the next almost 3 months I complained a couple times to the front desk for different reasons for a number of things.

Last week, my wife and Me were invited by a friend to continue our vacations in Iowa, we accepted the invitation and started getting ready to go there, including the cancellation of the rest of the reservation.

I went to the front desk and informed my plans to the young lady there. She said this refund is only possible when the payment has been made with a credit card, which was not my case because I had payed in cash every single time.

"It does not make any sense to me, I mean, how does the payment form affect a fair cash refund?", I asked, and she said "You can talk to my manager if you want to", and I answered "yes, please".

She went for the manager, and the one who appeared behind her was Jackie. She had helped me before with the check in and with some small complains so I thought she was going to do it again, but I was wrong, she only repeated what the first girl had told me before, we concluded I needed to speak with the manager, and gave me the manager's business card.

I have been looking for the manager in the hotel and unsuccesfully trying to reach her by phone, but apparently she has not shown up to work or been able to puck the phone in 10 days.

Desired Outcome

I expect the hotel to prorate the price I paid for the month, and give me back the part corresponding to the nights I will not use.

This place is a scam
100 CASH deposits.Charge by the hour early check-in. Will not refund money. Charge guests for rooms not stayed in. Hotel full of sex trafficking/prostitution, pimps, john's and open-air drug sales.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE... I booked a room for my kids prom night through a 3rd party sight. When I checked in I told the guy at the front desk that I was getting the room for a prom send off. I also explained other parents would arrive so we could take pictures before sending our kids off to the prom. I told him there will be 4 kids who would be returning after prom and asked do I need to be here or is this a problem. I was told that there would not be an issue as long as they had the room key. Their send off was great. When they returned they were stopped in the lobby and asked for ID, by the women who identified herself as the hotel president. Since the kids did not have an ID, she deactivated the room key. I had to come to the hotel at 2am to show my ID. The lady at the front desk was very rude right from the start. I asked, can you tell me why you requested to see their ID? She replied because they are not on the registry. I replied I was not asked for their information when I checked in, nor was I told they would need an ID. That does not fall on us that's the person who checked me in responsibility to get that information being that I had explained to him they would return without me. Then I asked her, how did you know they were not on the registry? She stated "because I know all of the guest here." They have over 300 rooms it's no way possible she could know all the guest. I told her I felt she stopped them because of their race and because they were young. She stated its in our policy that every one that stays here has to show ID to get in and out. Needless to say we went back and forth. At this point I want my money back and they will not be staying here. She replied, you weren't going to stay here anyway. I will give you your money back after you get your things out of the room. She sent me to the room twice and did not activate the room key as she pretended to do. When I asked her to come and try the key because it was not working she refused and said that she I don't know what you doing wrong but I did all I can do. After her and I yelling and cursing at each other she called the police. The police talked with me then her. They kept asking her why did you stop them in the first place. She kept saying its our policy for everyone to be on the registry. They asked her how did you know they were not on the registry she said because they did not have an ID. She never stated why she stopped them when they entered the lobby. I asked the officer to walk with me to the room to get their belongings and so they could see the room was untouched. We got back downstairs and I said to her my refund. She stated you were too hostile with me I'm not giving you anything. I told her you ruined my babies night. I have all the right to be upset and hostile.The officer told me to call corporate on Monday and to give them the case number because all this would be in the report. The officer stated regardless of me being upset and hostile that its her job to remain professional at all times and all this could have been prevented if she had handled things differently.. This lady was a night mare from ***. From the guy that checked me in compared to her was night and day. The check in guy was very friendly and courteous even though there was a long line waiting to be checked in.

I booked a room through booking.com when I get to the location to go into my room they said it was never booked but I have proof that they made three transactions and I neverr stayed in the room and when I call to get a dispute the man hangs up in my face and will not put the general manager on the phone me and my husband is stranded here in dallas without any funds to get back home.

I made reservations for this hotel because on their website it states that you need to be at least 18 years of age to check into the hotel. When I tried to check into the hotel they wouldn't let me stay because I was not 21 even though I showed them their website stating that I can be 18. They told me I would be refunded and not charged any fees since I was turned away from the hotel. I received an email conformation saying that I will not be charge anything. When I woke up the next morning I received a message from my bank saying that the OYO Townhouse charged me. When I called to speak to a manager of the hotel they told me the manager was unavailable so I left a message and was told that she would get back to me sometime that day. The next day came and I didn't hear anything so I went to the hotel before I left to go back home. The lady working the front desk was not very nice when I asked her if I could speak to a manager. She tried to help me by asking what happened. After I told her the story she called OYO management and told them what happened. When she got off the phone she told me that I would need to contact "her" not telling who her is or giving me any contact information for the person that I need to contact. When I asked for an email or a phone number of the person I was supposed to contact she told me she couldn't give out a phone number. I asked her if I could get an email of the person I was supposed to contact. She called management back and said "they won't take my word and they want an email confirmation from you" even though that is not what I said. Upon leaving we still had no information on what to do. I called the OYO customer service line and they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then I got hung up on. The number was a number from India and they were not helpful. I still don't have the money they took from me and they were very rude throughout the process.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like the be refunded for they money that they took from me because I was told they would not charge me. I would also like for the website to clarify what locations you have to be 21 to check in to and for there to be some kind of retraining on customer service.
